Managers and business professionals aged 40+ from all sectors who wish to continue delivering value, believe in the power of collective intelligence, and are open to innovation can participate. The age limit is in place to ensure that the experience and knowledge gained up to this age contribute to generation of “brilliant, different and business savvy” ideas, and to inspire this age group, who may be hesitant to progress alone.

No. It's not a personal development or coaching program; it's a structured learning, working, and "shipping" program. At the end of the program, you will have your own business ideas and business plans. Whether or not to implement them will be up to you. If you decide to implement them, we, as Genwise, will continue to support you.

First, participants must meet the age limit. Afterwards, we will select individuals who are willing to continue producing, working, and learning, and most importantly, are determined to step out of their comfort zone and start a new venture. The selections will be made by the program founders.

You surely have an idea or ideas or they will appear on the way, trust the process. You can check out what the other alumni doing in our linked in page. But even if you don't, you can support ideas and projects within production teams that excite you and that you want to be a part of.
