Throughout her career, she has combined consulting with entrepreneurship and social impact initiatives. She co-founded the Istanbul chapter of Professional Women's Network (PWN) to advance gender equality in business and has been actively involved with KODA for more than a decade, currently serving on its board. Zeynep is also the co-founder of Genwise, a venture dedicated to promoting entreprenurship and business excellence for 40+, strengthening intergenerational learning and collaboration, and Upvico, a mentoring platform designed to make high-quality guidance accessible to professionals navigating business and career challenges. Whether working with executives, entrepreneurs, or young leaders, Zeynep remains driven by the same goal: helping people and organizations realize their potential and create lasting value. She believes that meaningful change happens when people are trusted, challenged, and connected—and she continues to dedicate her work to creating the conditions where this can flourish.
